The spire above echo cliffs on the west side. There are 2 routes on balanced rock.
Getting There
If you hike in the long way and don't take the short cut you can find a trail that will take you up to it. From the Grotto you can hike West and then head up towards it. Also if you top out on any of the climbs on the main walls you can probably pick up a trail over to it.
