BETA PHOTO: Double Stem is located behind the large boulder in...

Description

Double Stem is located to the left of the main formation behind a large boulder. Stem between the boulder and the wall to start, transitioning to the main wall at the obvious point. Powerful movement between fingerlocks is the meat of this shorty.

Location

Double Stem is located on the southwest face of The Looking Glass. It could almost be considered part of Key's Point. From the gully between The Looking Glass and Key's Point head left (west) for 30 yards to a large boulder. The route begins in the corridor formed by the boulder and the face.

From the northeast face, head up and left to Key's Point, and follow the above.

Protection

#1 Camalot and smaller. Tricky pro at the bottom, strenuous to place for the rest of the way. Hand size for anchor.
