DescriptionHall of Horrors is a set of NE/SW aligned rock corridors pretty much across the road from Saddle Rocks (ref. Walk On The Wild Side route). The approach is flat and easy for most all routes in the Hall. Nestled in the corridors here are some classic routes on featured rock. A variety of climbing will be found as well, cracks, sport routes, and runout friction. Getting ThereHall of Horrors is located on the northwest side of the Sheep Pass Loop Road. It is the first prominent rock area encountered on your lefthand side when driving from Ryan Campground toward Twentynine Palms. A prominent parking area with a porta-toidy (usually) on the left. Rap from anchors on the ledge above with one rope. ...[more] Browse More Classics in CA
