BETA PHOTO: A Worthwhile Pile.

Description

This scrappy little crag is actually a "worthwhile" destination for those into markoffs. There are twelve routes here and three of them have stars. "Slanta Claus Left" 5.8* and "Center" 5.10a* are good and the others are worthwhile. To the north about 50 meters is the route "Coming Up Short" 5.10a*. The funky pillar "The Woody" 5.5x is similar to the Aiguille de Joshua Tree

Getting There

Walk around the back side of the Pep Boys Crag and head south on the remnants of an old road. Cut west over boulders and drop into the wash. This is the same wash that goes north from the Brown Wall. If you hit it right you will come out right in front of Worthwhile Rock.
