Description

Located on the right side of the Cirque Of The Climbables just down and right from the Christmas Tree Arete. The climb is visible in the Vogel guide as a dogleg crack/seam that splits a dark and light-colored face.

Climb a crack that turns to more of a seam at the crux - a bulging section that requires some delicate face moves above tiny wires. The gear is good and the moves positive, although getting the gear in is problematic.

A really fun, but unfortunately short, route that leaves one wishing the pitch was a little longer. Well worth doing in in the area when combined with some of the nearby starred routes. Two stars out of five.

Protection

pro to 2.5", include tiny wires

Sorry Chris, but this route was done in April of 1994. I think I have a picture of the FA somewhere.

I did the FA with Jeff Thomas and Keath Nupuf. The route is called "Peer Pressure" 5.10b.

Cool, it's a very obvious line and a fun route as well. Good job!
