Looking downhill at Goldfinger Rock, JTNP.


Description 

This, the first rock you encounter on the approach, is located on the right side of the gully and distinguished by a clean left-facing dihedral and a large flat topped boulder lying below the lower portion of the rock.

There are roughly a half dozen routes here ranging from 5.6 to 5.10a with an equal mix of sport and trad climbs.


Getting There 

Located on the right side of the approach gully a little way down and right from GoldenEye Spire. Plan on about a 35 minute approach from the car.
