This route was climbed about 12 years ago and named "The Other Werner Braun". The FA party was Werner Braun (not that one) et al. I'll check my notes to make sure this info is correct.

thanks Chris!!!...
(what did they rate it???)...

I figured that there is no way the thing has not been done...

it is not the crack that is all the way to the back and is slightly curved and mostly a lieback...

it starts right there just around the corner below the overhanging formation...

The crack goes all the way to the top for easier climbing...

but if you bust left onto the face it has some really nice holds and a few cool moves to boot!!!...

PS I WILL CORRECT THE INFO WHEN YO GET BACK TO ME ON IT CHRIS...

Well since you thought of it Locker, what does your name for the route, "Srepopers Roid" mean?

ATS asks what does "Srepopers Roid" mean...

Srepoper aka Steve P. was working the crux move at the start and CLAIMED that he hurt his back and thus bailed for the rest of the day...

He wanted to name the route "Srepoper has a hernia"...

I believe that he in fact did not HURT his back...

it was that "ROID" that was really causing him trouble and taking his focus...

thus the name... "Srepopers Roid"...

this thing has now seen a decent sum of activity and the general concensus is that it is pretty good. But, rumor around has it that the anchors MIGHT be chopped...

PS: This route is NOT "The Other Werner Braun"... that route is about twenty feet around the corner from it.

The ANCHORs REMAIN!!!...GOOD!!!...because it's WORTH doing when there IMHO...

Weird trying to TOP OUT on the thing though...Forces you WAY to the right which has it that you will "PENDULUM" on a TR...

after getting a bit NERVOUS a few times TOO MANY...We NOW stop right BELOW the top on the small ledge and call it quits...
