Silent But Deadly, Pixie Rock, 03-03-04.

Description

This route is on the same bucketed face on the right side of the SE face of Pixie Rock. About ten feet right of Silent Scream. Good holds give way to steep and hard crimps. At the top, you can work your way through slot and set an anchor in the same cracks as for Silent Scream. Long slings or cordalettes needed to run the anchor out to the top of the route.

Toproping: You can TR this route as for Silent Scream. See that route for details.

Protection

Bolted. Place-your-own anchor. Take a good selection of cams for the anchor.

Best done on a cold day midweek to miss the crowds and maximize skin friction. The crux is low and over quickly. Maybe 5.11a/b.
