Climb to the top of a pointed spike of rock and then friction your way past two bolts up the short face. Gear belay and easy walk off down and right along the base of the main Watergate Rock slab.

Down and left from the main face of Watergate Rock is a small face where you'll find this route.

Protection 

2 bolts (3/8"), gear to 3" for anchors
