Description 

As you may have guessed from the name, this is the prominent rock in the area. It is also one of the few formations in Joshua Tree that features multi-pitch routes. The rock is excellent, you get a nice variety of crack and face climbing. Heck, just this one formation features several classic climbs including Comic Book (5.9+), Frontal Lobotomy (5.10a) and Fully Frontal Nudity (5.10a), and Alice In Wonderjam (5.9).

Getting There 

The directions given for the area will take you right to this formation. It's impossible to miss it. It's the big white formation on the hillside as you hike south on the trail from Big Horn Pass Road.
