ha! yeah, it was more than i bargained for, being tired from the day before. but it was a fun little route. bust through the first 15 feet before you place -- much easier then trying to get gear in on a lieback (where this pic is taken). nice angle, adam!

Wow, great photo. I've done the route and it's not really as steep as the photo suggests. You guys really captured a nice angle with that one. Good on ya!
Thanks, and as Susan said, it's not as steep as it looks. It's basically vertical with the right wall is slightly overhung and the left wall is slightly slabby to a vertical bulge at the crux section.
Jon McCartie mid-crux on Diagnostics. If the first 15 feet of this route went on for a hundred or so, it would be quite the classic. Alas, it suffers from the JTree "if only it were longer" syndrome.
