"Name Unknown" listed as route # 907 in the Troy Mayr 3rd edition guide.
Located two routes to the immediate left of Freak Show. (Freak Show is easily identifiable as it is protected using fixed chain draws.)
"Name Unknown" climbs using huecos up and right of a less than stellar pillar. The rock can be crumbly, dirty and has less than inspiring holds that you'd prefer to not pull on.
As you near the top of the crumbly pillar you will find closed shut anchors to the left. Even getting there seemed contrived.
There are much better routes on this crag. Try them and avoid this bomb.
Location
Northern section of Fairway wall 2 routes right of "freak show". Route line is obvious to follow and travels on the right side of a pillar before reaching the anchors (on the left of pillar).
This was the first route we did on this crag. What a disappointment and it didn't showcase well for the other very fine routes to find just a few feet away.
Jack, what's the true name of this route? The Mayr guide has it listed as "name unknown". I'd be happy to update the description and/or give you a few names if you're looking for something appropriate to name it ;) ~Susan
