Start of Whiter Shade Of Pale (5.6).

Description

The start is a little loose and you wander up using various holds and maybe part of a grungy crack on your left. As you work towards the top, the anchor can be seen on the wall on the left.

Location

Second route from the far right side of the wall and just right of a grungy crack system.

Protection

4 bolts with gated shut anchors which share with route to right.

Loose and available... might as well do it. Would be great for a N00b.

I liked it. I don't know about the 5.6 rating, since I found it harder than any of the 5.7 and 5.8s on Boyscout Wall.

I agree with Blitzo - seemed harder than the .7's and .8's of BSW, anywhere in New Jack, for that matter. Thought the quality of rock and quality of movement was quite good.
