BETA PHOTO: Two Stone Wipe on Toxic Waste Wall

Description

This is the seam/crack between Chemical Warfare and The Crockostimpy. A good warm-up route with easy 5.6/5.7 moves to a diagonal crack/flake you reach by climbing out of a grainy pod at the top (the 5.9- move).

Staying on the face left of the pod and directly above the hole (and committing to the thin crimps) raises the grade to 10c.

Following the crack the entire way (left side) brings the whole climb down to 5.7 (and that's being generous).

Location

Just up and right of Chemical Warfare and down from Crockostimpy.

Protection

4 bolts (slightly runout between the second & third). New leaders can ease their minds with an orange TCU between those bolts and then a #1 Camalot in the flake crack at the top. The top anchor currently consists of the usual tatty slings around a small manzanita bush and a smaller chamise bush. There's a rap ring and a quick-link in there somewhere, also.
