Obi at the lip of Painted Carnival

Description 

Start in the cave, come out to the lip and grab the pinch on the roof. Get a hand out over the lip and the brace yourself for a commiting, yet not diffucult mantle.

Location 

Go up the ridge and head west until you see a cave made up of two touching boulders.
