Description 

The top of this boulder can be easily reached from the road. The majority of the routes face the ocean. There is a plaque about 10 feet over the lip bolted to the boulder face (I don't know what it says) hence the name.


Getting There 

Drive less then 1/4 of a mile up Willow Road the area will be on your left.
