Has anyone tried out the new caffeinated chalk?? Endurochalk.com is a pretty new company, and are selling it. I've tried it and I think it's great. What are your thoughts?

gimmick. you can just buy loose caffeine and add it to your chalk if you want.

I suppose so, but beside the caffeine, their chalk was amazing itself! Where could I get loose caffeine?

Instead of throwing in a vasoconstrictor mayhaps a localized vasodilator. Grind up grandpa's NTG boys. Drugs in chalk as performance enhancers. Sweet. The geek in me is looking at this molecule though, it looks like it would need a lipid to facilitate transdermal absorption. Looks very hydrophobic.

Why stop at caffeine? Sharp crimps holding you back, add some of this:

Existential malaise affecting your climbing? Perhaps some reptile aliens made of light can give you some beta:

Oh good, just what we need... Powdered caffeine floating around in the air at the gym, as if white lung isn't bad enough as it is...

Unless you plan on rubbing it all over your body, it's very unlikely that you'll get anywhere near enough caffeine to actually have an effect... especially if you already use stimulants routinely.

From Enduro Techs website

Will using Enduro caffeinated products add to my daily caffeine intake?

Yes, any caffeine ingested or applied to your skin could add to your daily caffeine intake. The total amount of caffeine content in a standard bag of chalk is equivalent to a couple energy drinks, and the content in the balms is even less.

The amount of caffeine potentially applied per use and subsequently absorbed through skin would theoretically be negligible.

You can always try this instead.

I think we need CBD chalk to help manage finger pain, and enhance grip..

I apparently need to stop posting jokes on internet forums...

If anything was going to send my caffeine intake over the top, it would be the quad shot American I drank before going to the gym...

nothing like a vasoconstrictor for that hard send? WTF?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
