Tall, scary boulders for very fun warm ups and highball climbing. Afternoon shade, easy approach.

Getting There Suggest change

From the dark star boulder walk east until you reach a fence, walk south from the fence and you will reach a tall, proud boulder.
OR
park at the visitor center/ranger station and walk past the sign that says "administrator vehicles only" walk through a gate and past a wood building, continue walking until you are well into the forest and cut right to a fence, turn right at the fence and follow it until you see the large "Drop off" Boulder.
