Description A short little route that feels slightly hard for its grade. Begin climbing the broken features directly below the dihedral overhead, working straight up. Grab what you can in the crack above the roof and transition to a pumpy layback with small, slick foot holds.
Location The northern most route on Chimney Buttress, Boy Howdy follows the huge dihedral straight up the crack.
Protection Standard TR set up. A few long slings may be helpful. The route could potentially be led, but is not appropriate for 5.7 leaders.
