DescriptionThis is a very nice 75' vertical-to-overhanging granite wall just off the road. The rock is reminiscent of the rock in Boulder Canyon, but it is a little more crystalline. There are a good number of sport, trad and sport/trad climbs in the 5.9 to 5.11 range. There is also a nice moderate toprope on the left side. It is a good idea to have a few QDS and a small rack for any of the climbs. Don't forget to bring the tailgate-belay-seat. Getting ThereIn the middle of Buena Vista, turn East off US Highway 24 onto Main Street. Go a couple of blocks and turn North onto N. Colorado Street (Chaffee County Rd. 371). After approximately 3.1 miles from Main Street and after the tunnels, you will see Bob's Rock on the East side of the road and Elephant Rock on the West side.
