No Redemption (5.13b).

Description

This gorgeous amphitheater is home to one of the hardest climbs at the red. Beautiful tall lines abound in the upper grades, this crag is worth a visit. Home to 50 Words for Pump, No Redemption and Ultra-Perm.

Getting There

Start from the parking lot past the Motherlode, shared by Drive By and with a RRGCC parking sign. Go across the main road and travel up a gravel road for 1000 feet. Take a left at a trail and go uphill to the crag.

Pulling through over the roof. Hang on!!!

Bloodbath 5.12c 7b+ 27 IX- E6 6b  KY : Red River Gorge : ... : Bob Marley
On the far right side of the crag, you'll find a cool mini-cave. Two popular 12c's climb up the right side of the cave. Bloodbath is the left one. While certainly pumpy, the route is not an endurance nightmare like others at the Red. The crux consists of bouldery, powerful moves through a roof. Despite being a bit sharp and raspy, Bloodbath is a fun route. ...[more]   Browse More Classics in KY
