BETA PHOTO: Birdman from Alcatraz (5.10a), Joshua Tree NP

Scramble easy but grainy 5th class terrain to an alcove at the base of a clean dihedral (Studebaker Hawk). Go left up the ramp and climbing through the bulge via a finger crack.

This route is immediately to the left of Studebaker Hawk.

Small cams, gear anchor.
