I am trying to collect topos or route descriptions of any Red Rock big walls. I am especially interested in routes on the Rainbow, Buffalo, or other areas with routes not in current guidebooks. Anything is appreciated.

I did Rainbow Wall via Desert Solitaire May '05. We got all of the info for approach (which sucks), the climb (including detailed topo), and the descent (which sucked way worse) out of a guide book. They're out there...

The new red rocks guide is pretty good for rainbow wall. Just came out a month or so ago.

Desert Rock Sports on 8221 W. Charleston in Vegas has a real good Red Rocks book by Jerry Handren. It is pricey but it is the whip. Also, there is another guide called Islands in the Sky that covers all the surrounding areas including Mt. Charleston. I was just out there over the 4th. Frank's right, everything sucks except the climbing.
