Big Wall / aid climbing mentor wanted in the Wasatch.

I'm very comfortable trad climbing, and I learn quickly. Looking for a mentor to improve my jugging technique and wall efficiency. Also to tell me what I might be doing wrong and prevent me from dying while learning this new technique. I want to learn how to haul, lower out on a pendulum, top-step, and short fix. I'm a quick learner and would be happy to practice on something non-committing or try to aid through some harder crack routes here in the Wasatch. Also interested in a Wall in Zion or somewhere in the desert.
