Stiff and swollen joints that aren't enough to actually stop anyone from doing anything. I think I'd like to slather myself in old man salve.

Arnica?
Stop-Pain?
Ben-Gay?
Aspercreme?

Other?

And why

Its not really for stiff joints exactly, but I have found it very helpful for sore muscles and bruises ect..

I like biofreeze, worked the best on my knees and back when I was a ice hockey goalie 6 days a week.

Wong To Yick Wood Lock oil. You can get it at just about any Oriental food market or amazon.

Mineral Ice.

(Blue menthol gel that's not greazy -- nor does it smell nasty -- like Ben Ghey.)

See your doc and get some diclofenac. Works extremely well.

It's a NSAID that comes in a gel, also called Voltaren. Spot on for joint pain, nothing works better topically.

Oooooookkkkayyyy.... u guys ready? U've likely never heard of this stuff BUT... it is THE best NON DRUG anti inflammation topical cream.

I have been using it for YEARS and it's amazing. The joints in my fingers swell and feel really funny after climbing hard. Likely pully tendon damage, tendinitis, and scar tissue. I've had years of issues and had to search far and wide for something that would help...

You put this stuff on your fingers or wherever and within about 20min your joints will feel new, like you hadn't just trashed them climbing for years...

I get the 4oz jar and it last well over a year or two depending on use...

It is a bit pricey but it really is AMAZING stuff - I promise!

For Skin it's easy - Joshua Tree Climbing Salve - hands down.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
