My girlfriend and I are hoping get outside tomorrow, and we're looking to take our first trip to North Table Mountain to avoid the extra driving to Shelf. Can anyone offer the best areas/routes for moderate sport leads? I've been poking through the comments on all of the 8's and 9's, and it seems like every single one has some sort of warning about unsafe bolts or anchors. Thanks!

this is a little late for your post, but I wanted to share because I asked a bunch of people the exact same question. I've been to the golden cliffs a handful of times this winter and spent most of my time at Brown Cloud Crag. It's basically the first one you see as you hike up the trail head and hit the wall. Brown Cloud Arete (10b) feels like a 9+ or 10a, and is also the most immediately recognizable when you get there. the 8's and 9's to the immediate right are all good (Pack O' Bobs & Pee on Dee, I think?). The best/most fun lead I did here was called Old Roof Route aka Limes, Lemons & Tangerines (8+). Great holds, and a challenging but totally manageable crux. check it out!
