The list is pretty skewed towards Northern New England here. I think there needs to be a bit more attention paid to the amazing bouldering to be had in PA and CT

I'm just taking suggestions right now, in the end I hope to narrow down to 10 problems at each grade with regional spread for voting purposes.

I agree though, Straight Razor isn't even among the best problems at Lincoln Woods...

Taylor, I love the crux of Straight Razor but the avoiding of the crack during the traverse kind of takes away some quality. Joe M.

We could just put the whole Speed Boulder on the list, there isn't a bad problem on that boulder! Joe M.

I will add the Quiet Buddhist, thanks.

Question: I have Zig Zag Crack under the V0 listing, should this be under the V1 listing???

Yes, DEFINITELY! I'd almost even put it close to V2. I've seen some climbers have some real problems with it, even when they can do other 1's and 2's outside and climb V3+ inside.

It only feels V1 to me after having the beta locked in for so many years, I thought the grade was a bit off when I first did it like 5 years ago.

Cool. I think I'm going to scrap the V0 list since now it only has 2 problems on it. Starting at V1 seems fine... Joe M.

Very glad to see Firestarter getting a shout out here. Probably my favorite V3 ever.

Also, +1 on V1 for Zig Zag

That Daks bouldering looks great. Thanks for the beautiful photos. I used to be down on the daks somewhat after a few so so trips there, but there is obviously a lot more and better quality rock than I experienced.

It would be nice to see more of these really good lines and not the same old ones that are good but over hyped because lots of people are familiar with them. It is kind of like those lists of most beautiful women. The Wave? Hats Off? Kim Kardasian? Come on. Good (Not Kardasian. I am not a fan of huge asses), but not really outstanding when you think what else is out there if you have done any exploring.

Thanks for the comments guys! I am confident that the comprehensive guidebook I am working on for the Adirondack bouldering scene will help get people psyched on all of the areas that we have and hopefully lure more people into the region to sample what's going on. Justin Sanford
