Description Climb the arete at the mouth of the Bat Cave aka Great Chimney. Hug the twin cracks on each side of the arete, then break left for thin hands and fingers through the vertical and slightly overhung finish. Supposedly there is a no-hands rest here. Warning- slimy and appropriately named, there may be bat guano in this crack.
Location Left side of the arete at the mouth of the Great Chimney aka Bat Roof. About 15 feet left of Unconquerable pillar.
Protection TR from above with a careful setup- bring a second line or rope to descend to the two bolt anchor. Alternatively, lead with gear to 1 inch.

| The foot jams on the final crack section are surprisingly solid, I could see finding a no hands rest up there. |
