Awesome S. Boulder home!!! 3 rooms available, Aug

Three of my roommates are moving out and I really want to stay come Aug. If you are interested in sharing an awesome house with a respectful, relaxed, drama free, independent guy, then please read further...

Lease begins Aug 1st. $515/month, 3 nice rooms available.

Come Aug first there will be three very nice rooms available for rent in a large clean house!!! Amenities include, 3 bath, two with a shower and one with a bath tub. Master bedroom has its own bathroom... Full kitchen, large dinning room, and living room on main floor. Basement with another living space with a wood burning fireplace. Large backyard, with concrete pad, fenced off garden area and shed. New dryer and fairly new energy efficient washer. All bedrooms are at least 10'x10' if not larger, and the master bedroom is obviously larger. Also have a rock climbing wall, foosball table and multiple dart boards set-up right now. The climbing wall and dart board stay for sure and I will work on keeping the foosball table as well.

This is a very wonderful and clean house in an awesome location, but there is one catch. Due to the zoning laws in boulder, we cannot have more than three unrelated people living in one house... So what I need to find is either blood related brothers or sisters(that get along) or a couple that could be considered common law marriage. So I know it sounds kind of weird, but thats how we can keep the rent around $500 as opposed to $700 +... and have great place to live!!!

A little about me. Single 27 year old male. Extremely independent, outgoing, respectful and clean. I am a dedicated climber who has personally travelled around the world to seek such endeavors. That is also the reason why there is a rock climbing wall here! I also love to kayak, backpack, play disc golf,go camping/fishing, mtn biking, etc... A good fit for me would be either working professionals and or outdoor enthusiasts. I enjoy going out from time to time and also enjoy having friends over for bbq's, dinner parties etc.

I'll be moving out to boulder in August for grad school and definitely am interested in the place. Would a dog be allowed?

Me and my brother are actually looking for a place to stay, and do get along. I am 24 year old climber and have been in Boulder for 2 years now. I have two jobs in town and like to get out and climb as much as possible. My brother is a polar opposite, but totally awesome. He is 22 and like to be outside as well, but also enjoys gaming and computer work as well. at any rate, shoot me an e-mail if this sounds good to you. We are looking to keep it around $500 a month anyways. Maybe we could meet up some day and I could check out the place? My brother is still in Aurora, but could check it out and let him know!

Thanks for the response, it depends on what kind of dog it is as the Chesapeake bay retriever tore up our yard so much that they do not want any large dogs... But could still be negotiable.
