This problem is on a riverside block that looks like a shark coming out of the mountainside. Sit start with a poor right hand pinch/sloper, and a poor left hand diagonal crimp, a right heel and left toehook, and continue out the horizontal pillar via more of the same. Slopey, physical, and awesome.
A nice location on the beach, below and right of Eagle Rock.
