Description
Secluded boulders in a forested setting. The rock is granite with quartzite. The rock seems to see very little attention and has a fair amount of lichen. the rock quality is similar to that of mores mountain. expect temperature to be about 10 degrees cooler than down in the valley. Some trad, top roping, and bouldering to be had.
Getting There
Drive about 13.5 miles up bogus basin road. there will be a pull off on the right side of the road shortly after the stack rock trailhead. Bushwack up the steep hill side in front of the pull off to reach the first set of boulders known as the "Superman Boulders" the 2nd set of boulders is closer to Bogus Basin maybe a tenth of a mile? they are known as the "Atomic Boulders."
