| Georgians - I'll be in Atlanta in a month or so for a seminar, looking to pull one or two days indoors and then head to Rock Town at the weekend, anyone have any beta one which gym might provide the better experiance? Just looking to boulder, I climb in the V8ish neighborhood. Thanks! | FLAG |

| Sone Summit is definitely the biggest and best gym, but since you're only climbing for two days, you could also go to Atlanta Rocks and not get bored with the routes. Atlanta Rocks will also be cheaper. I think it's $10 to boulder. I belive there's at least one other bouldering gym in the city and another one in Kennesaw but I'm not familiar with them. There's also an area called Boat Rock that's not too far from the city. www.seclimbers.org/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=>>> | FLAG |

| I'm not much of a gym climber, but as I recall Wall Crawler has some pretty good bouldering. Depending on where you are in town, they may be closer. | FLAG |

| Adrenaline in Suwanee. The grading is much more on par with outdoor grades if you care about that kinda thing. | FLAG |

| Yeah, don't go to Adrenaline. I took a niece there a while back and was not impressed. Very odd route setting with awkward moves all over the place. Oddest part was the dyno that ended on tape at the top of the wall. The guy working there explained that the tape was there because the top of the wall was slippery...so they put duct tape for grip. Umm...OK. | FLAG |

| I definitely understand that 45 minutes is a far drive. I would recommend checking out either Wall Crawlers or Atlanta Rocks and help support the small guys. On another note, Adrenaline setting is definitely different than most other places in Atlanta except for Escalade due to having the some of the same setters. Just at Escalade, the wall is completely different than Adrenaline. Many of the moves are awkward and pretty damn tough for the grade. But if you're going to be climbing plastic, are you not doing it to get better outdoors. Clearly there is no glory to be had climbing plastic, or is there? I am by far not the best climber in the world, nor the most experienced, but I have learned that awkward moves are rather common out on real rock. If every move wasn't awkward and was easy to read, well that'd be no fun. I am sorry though that you had a bad experience at Adrenaline. Maybe give them another try if you ever get a chance. | FLAG |

| Wall Crawlers looks good, Stone Summit looks good too. As far as helping out the small guys, Im all for it, I'm also all for having a good time; so when I drop cash to pull plastic my priority is to have the most fun. | FLAG |
