Description 

Climb up to the right side of a tree which connects this route with the boulder behind it. Fun climbing at the bottom is followed by an interesting crux by the tree. Some use the tree, but the climbing is arguably more interesting without.

Location 

Keep heading uphill from where the trail crosses a small and sometimes dry stream right after it diverges from the rough ranch road. The route is located on the cliff face in the corridor between the large boulder and the cliff. Follow the line of bolts to the right of the tree branch which touches the rock.

Protection 

Four bolts to a two bolt anchor.
