Just heard that there is a new fence blocking the ROAD to the Mine Area with "Blasting Area" signs posted. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I was out there today and in the past month or more, I have heard blasting on many occasions. They may close the road at any point for safety but it has been open every time I drove thru the area. We had to wait for a big rig on the way back from Lower Devil's but not for long. It is a busy road.
