First pitch of Black Quacker, Second pitch of Standard Route on Chimney Rock, the is one easy one in Munchkinland also. There is also a couple of routes in Sabino.

Can't say they are all good but if you do them all you will be good at chmneys. Then you can post them up and we will all know if they are worth doing. Have fun and bring some big gear. Great Expectations on Nurd Rock. Pg 143 SQ ll. It's a good route too. Bertha Butt 5.6 on Spectre Rock Pg. 140. It gets no stars but it still might be worth doing as I don't think I ever did it. R2 on the Rupleys PG 117 ditto the comment above. Lightning Streaks on the Ravens PG 292. Very exciting and probably R. Family Unit 5.8 Pg. 69.

You may have already done these Jon but Rich and Dave's on the Mean Mistreater wall has a chimney on the second pitch -probably 5.7 or 5.8, I haven't climbed it but I think the original finish of Lizard Marmalade is a chimney (5.10a?)

If you don't mind hiking "a bit"... many of the routes on Stonewall have chimney sections, most notably the "Chimney Route." "Oh Yeah...," "Cody...," Pardon Me...," and "Pin There..." all have varying lengths of chimneys. I'm kinda partial to chimneys, also, and thought they were all fun.
