Hello,

I am going to have a quick shot at some climbing on Mt. Lemon in Late January.
As I study the crags and areas I am not sure where to focus my attention (so much great climbing). How far up the road will it be too cold to climb comfortably. I am looking for warmer/sunny crags as we have plenty of COLD crags in Colorado this time of year.

I am looking for Sport climbs in the 5.4-5.10 range that are warm and sunny and really fun.
If any towers fit this description let me know those as well.

Thanks!

The Ruins has a tiring hike in, but has good routes and will be hot in the sun. Sun Spots is also hot, but the rock quality can be not so great. The new area(forgotten wall) seems to have good 10's and warm in the sun. Hairpin turn is always an option for moderates. Windy pt might have some warm crags in the sun too. There should be enough on this website to get you going. Have fun!
