Description 

The Coffeepot Rock area includes those formations surrounding the very obvious Coffepot Rock (shaped like...well, you know). These formations will be accessed from the trailhead off Coffeepot Rock, or from Soldier Pass Road trailhead as specified.


Getting There 

Drive north from 89 on Coffeepot Road and from there I need to consult my notes... will add later.

Jake Dayley on MAJAK Line FA making the route his.  Great jamming the whole way, the route is foreshortened by the camera, he's about halfway up.  Great t-shirt weather in Sedona December 9, 2006.

MAJAK Line 5.11a  AZ : Sedona : ... : Jap Head
The start is face to a thin crack that widens to perfect hands, the rock is harder than lots of other soft sedona routes. Great hands for a long ways then a short easy OW section gets you to the works. A 10' roof guards the exit but it's no more than 10+ jams with a bomber lock after the roof.
