BETA PHOTO: Rock formation for Five Jive and Amilosaurus

Description

A short straight-forward climb up the west face with plenty of feet and hand holds. This rock formation is a good place for beginners to play on - it's a short approach from the saddle parking area and the west face of this rock formation can be set up with a couple of top ropes for 5.4-5.5 range climbs.

Location

Five Jive is the climb on the south face to the left of Amilosaurus (5.8). Both climbs share the same anchors.

Protection

Climb past two bolts to a two-shut anchor. The first bolt is possibly a bit high for a beginner lead climber but there are also many options for trad protection along the entire route.
