Description 

From a left hand pinch and right hand small pocket, launch out the roof past a single good pocket to a jug at the lip and rock over. This dynamic problem would be much better if it weren't often slimy and covered with green stuff.

Protection 

A single pad should be okay. A spotter is nice since your feet will probably cut.
