The Practice Cliff is a top-rope area popular with beginning climbers, recreational rappellers, and the local guide services. It's a place to introduce a beginner to climbing as the lines here fall in the 5.3-5.6 range at most.
It is also directly below the Windy Point Overlook, so watch out for rocks and litter thrown by tourists above. I strongly recommend a rope-bag or tarp, as broken glass at the base of this crag is the norm.
Getting There
From Windy Point Overlook, hike/scramble/ski downhill and around east to base of Practice Wall. The toprope anchors are accessed by scrambling back up the way you came and cutting across ledge.
