Description

This is the Regular Route (5.4) described in Squeezing the Lemmon. Climb easy but mostly unprotected, up the left side of the west face of Nancy's Thumb.

Location

The start is a high step and is considerably harder if you are short.

Protection

Not much. I give it a star for having a perfect Pink Tricam placement. There are no chains at the top as Squeezing the Lemmon indicates, but a good crack for cams. Rap off the chains on the far side (closest to the trail).

I don't think this "route" is even worth having in the database.

huh. i actually think it is a pretty cool thing. it's a really worthwhile addition to the super mellow solo/scramble circuit because it gets you to the top of a spire and it is possible to downclimb.
