Description

Sidebottom is the rightmost route on the Troll Wall, formed by a sort of small right-facing corner system. Maybe worth doing once just to check it off.

Location

Rightmost route on Troll Wall.

Protection

Selection of single pieces from 1/2" to #3 Camalot, nuts. Chain anchor at the top.

I think this route is only useful for gaining the big ledge where other climbs are. But...you could also just scramble up the far right to get to the same place.

Best as a solo. Gear is virtually useless on this route anyway as the hardest moves are off the ground. I placed 1 piece about midway up to appease my belayer/wife. Not a very interesting route. Not even a good route for "practicing" placing gear, as there isn't much.
