Linda Vista is a recently developed area on the northwest side of the Santa Catalina Mountains. A few days worth of moderate roped climbing and bouldering can be found in this area.
The vast majority of the routes on the north side of the Catalinas are backcountry and Grade III or higher. This makes Linda Vista a rarity, with nothing over Grade II and a short approach, it is an accessible option for folks living in NW Tucson.

The Classics
Mountain Project's determination of some of the classic, most popular, highest rated routes for Linda Vista:
I've been bouldering there since 1990 and others years before me. Roped climbing has been going on there pre 1990 as well. It is not new. Chris' routes and development of that wall are certainly new in retrospect.

I was not implying that the area was new, or even newly discovered. Just newly "developed".
Rick, feel free to add your expertise to the area. I'm hoping to build off of what you and others may know, so your input is invaluable. Don't worry, I'm not trying to steal anyone's glory, I just want to catalog what's out my front door.
