Bryan enjoying the balancy crux of Topeka (5.11b).

Description

Excellent area to get away from the crowds on weekends. This wall is the furthest developed wall away from the mail trail and past the Cracker Jack Cliffs. Rock quality and routes are excellent with a lot of harder lines but 3 or 4 moderates that are worth the hike alone. The routes tend to be a bit longer than most Jacks Canyon routes as a bonus. This area gets shade in the mornings and late afternoons.

Getting There

Take a left turn once you reach the bottom of the canyon from the campsites. Walk for about 20 minutes going past the Main Wall, Swiss Cheese Wall, Cracker Jack Cliffs and the route will be on the left side of the canyon; only about 5-10 minutes past Cracker Jack Cliffs
