Getting There
Hike north from the north boat ramp towards the somewhat obvious pillar with a cap, this is Cap Rock. Time Zone is the broad, higher wall left of Cap Rock. From certain vantage points you can see both Cap Rock and Time Zone from the north boat ramp.
