Description Suggest change

Relatievely remote, yet popular mountain region in Siberia. Long Ice routs (up to 2000 feet of ice walls), multi-day wall ascents, one-day climbs.
Notorious for its unstable weather, could winter and long approaches (3-4 day hike to the base Camp under Belukha mountain).

Getting There Suggest change

Many airlines offer flights to Novosibirsk or Barnaul. Then the best way to go is a bus booked in advance.
