Description 

Alice Rock is actually made up of a vertical face with twin crack and an adjoining slab of rock with two bolted routes. Routes range here from 5.9 to 5.11c with the majority 5.10 and easier.

Those who make the extra bit of effort to reach this formation will be rewarded with great views of the surrounding desert and a little bit more solitude than say The Thin Wall.

Getting There 

From the base of the Comic Strip head east up a steep rugged gully with numerous boulders. The approach takes about 15 minute from the Comic Strip and about 30 minutes from the car.

This climb is found on a south-facing formation several hundred yards uphill from the Comic Book formation. From the base of that formation scramble up the rocky hillside past numerous giant boulders to reach this nice crack.Climb the obvious straight-in crack which widens from fingers to fists. Descend by walking off to the climber's right.
