Another granite classic.

I'm guessing either the Interiors route at Cochise or the 3rd pitch of Reed's Pinnacle.

Edit: After at looking at some photo's, it's definitely Reed's.

Probably. Other then it's in the Flatirons I am clueless. Whatever it's called it looks ripe with choss.

The Barb. I don't have a good photo handy, so someone else submit one (if I'm right).

That's the one. It was very entertaining to watch my friend and his (fortunately) tall partner do this downclimb from our vantage safe on the shoulder.

Correct on all accounts, but the Choss doesn't last. The route has some pretty good sections (the roof).

No, but that is closest to the real route yet...
And integrates all (now 4) clues...
1) A Horan Route, and one he reacted to, when hearing that someone did it.
2) Within a few miles of Eldo (Flatirons)
3) Alcohol offered as a prize for the winner
4) You guys are SKUNKED so far...

Someone should have it by now!

Slim, that is not it as I have climbed the route you are referring to. Although they are similar.

Ok, so it's in SKUNK canyon and it's related to alcohol. My guess is it's on MP so I thumb through (i.e., MP is my FlatIrons guidebook) the current crop of routes and look for booze related names. It's probably one of these two:

Ok, so it's the second one as the photos match, but I cheated so I am disqualified. Note, this was seriously obscure.

But I did the FA of Burger Madness, which looks more like this:

Joe Crotty has lead that one too... but Bob Horan has not.

Hint #5: "What are you guys, DRUNK? This one is even in the books!"

OK, but you guessed based on the hints prior to checking the photo...
So I'll give you that. You also got it based on Clue #4...
So that's 2 beers remaining. Which means I owe you 2 beers. You going to be at the social on Tuesday?

Everyone else, thanks for playing the 'Obscure' game.
There are a LOT of big overhangs int eh flatirons... Just for fun, here is a nearby one that Joe already knows (that would be me in the pink and him in the white)
