Goal Zero makes a great product and has fantastic and prompt customer service. I was having trouble with my older Nomad 7 solar pannel (it was missing a newer style input jack for the Guide 10) and they worked very quickly to keep me going. I now am fat and happy with the Nomad 7 pannel, the Guide 10 plus - battery pack, and the speaker. This is a great set up for our outdoor adventures. I use it to charge my i-pod, headlamp batteries, camera batteries and cell phone. This is a great system. Thanks again Goal Zero.

P.S. a couple of years ago I was having trouble charging my I-Pod and I could not get ahold of anyone from the company and I was frustrated. I even completed a survey at one point and I was very honest on it (I still did not hear from anyone). All of that has obviously changed a great deal and now I can say that they are there for ya! - and they stand behind their products. My new system rocks. I think the Guide 10 Plus made the difference as far as the I-pod is concerned. It works great. Alan-
