My Precious

Description

Short cliff band offering many bouldering opportunities. The rock is volcanic and very solid for the most part. Bring a wire brush as many problems are heavily covered in moss. Many opportunities for new problems!!!

Getting There

The 5000 Foot Bouldering Area is located right off of CA-44 east, before you get to Lassen Park. Park at the pull out on the right side of the road with the 5000 Foot elevation marker and walk across the highway toward the cliff band. Extremely short approach.
